Since language is one of the basic building blocks with which people can integrate into a society, Pangea and Refugees Emancipation e.V. offer German courses for asylum seekers who have not been able to get a place in a state-supported course, and also support the participants with homework help and assistance with questions about everyday life and integration.
The German course and the homework help is given by students of the universities of Potsdam.
The participants should be accompanied beyond the German course, so that perspectives are created together. We support the participants in finding out which possibilities they have individually and which goals should be achieved. In this way, the target language level is determined and support is provided in the search for an apprenticeship, job or university place.
